Keeperz is currently searching for a new housekeeping manager for our housekeeping department at Zoku Copenhagen. Zoku Copenhagen is a Award-winning business hotel with 160 apartments located next to DR-Byen at Amager.
We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a "Yes we can - attitude". A person who do not compromise quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.
Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.
The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.
Working hours are mostly 8.30 - 16.30 & every 2. weekend 09.00 - 17.00
The main tasks would be:
- Opening & closing - preparing working papers
- Check rooms & public area cleaning
- Give feedback, train & motivate the team
- Ensure a good work environment
- Ordering and managing stock
- Daily- and weekly planning
- Procedure check
We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office. The position is not administrative "heavy".
