Housekeeping manager needed for new hotel opening with Keeperz

Keeperz is currently searching for a new housekeeping manager for a new hotel opening by the end of 2024.

We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a "Yes we can - attitude". A person who do not compromise quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.

Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.

The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.

Working hours are mostly 8.30 - 16.30 & every 2. weekend 09.00 - 17.00

The main tasks would be:

  • Opening & closing - preparing working papers
  • Check up to 30 rooms per day
  • Check public area cleaning
  • Give feedback and motivate the team
  • Ensure a good work environment
  • Daily planning
  • Cleaning approx 1H per day public area

We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office. The position has very little administrative work.
